Foam Dodgeball is a high-energy, accessible league that utilizes soft foam dodgeballs—ideal for players across all experience levels. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment, this foam dodgeball league promotes a perfect blend of friendly competition and a vibrant dodgeball community.

From novices to seasoned dodgeball athletes, Foam Dodgeball creates a welcoming environment to compete, move, and enhance skills.

League Details

Seasons: Foam Dodgeball operates four times a year, with each season lasting eight weeks.
Format: Teams face off weekly, achieving victories through organized match play. Three distinct divisions allow players to engage in the right level of dodgeball competition for challenge and growth.
Divisions: Recreation, Intermediate, & Advanced
Location: St. Charles Recreation Center, Denver, CO. A conveniently located gym space suited for exhilarating dodgeball action.
Schedule: Wednesday evenings, Advanced from 6:15pm-7:15pm, Intermediate from 7:15pm to 8:15pm, and Recreation from 8:15pm-9:15pm
Social Aspect: The community extends beyond the court. After matches, players gather at our sponsor bar, Buddies Denver, to socialize, celebrate, and forge new connections.
